You tell us your desired outcomes in transforming your space. We help you get there.


Your Commercial Space
Through interviews and surveys, we discover how your physical workplace can better serve your needs & objectives, your employees’ happiness, and your clients’ expectations. Our findings are summarized and presented in the context of how they will inform the design, where the real fun begins. 3D drawings are created to help visualize your space transformed to a place where culture can thrive. We work through initial schematics, and move into final designs with specifics for furniture, wall treatments, lighting, plantings, etc. We create an implementation plan and communicate with your contractor to order furniture, troubleshoot unexpected issues, and manage our aspect of the project through to completion.

 
Your Residential Space
Your living space should be your haven – a place where you don’t have to worry about anything. Depending on the scope of your project, we can meet once for a 2-hour consult where we bring answers to your questions, and a menu of solutions from which you can take and use as you please. Or we can continue to consult, develop a design in 3D modeling to help you visualize the transformation. If desired, we can help order what you need, and work with a contractor to complete the project. It’s up to you, your desires, and your budget.

Your Initial 2-Hour Consultation includes:

Site walk-through, initial thoughts and ideas, conceptual color ideas, preliminary product suggestions, such as furniture, lighting, artwork, window treatment, etc, depending on your specific needs.

There is no obligation on the part of the client or designer for additional commitment outside of this initial consult. If additional work is desired, client may choose add-on products as listed below, agree to hourly fee arrangement or request a custom flat-fee package.


Fee Menu:
2-Hour Consult     250.
Travel time per hour, in excess of 30 minutes      60.
Full written report of our meeting, with all observations and suggestions, discussed and envisioned afterwards 125.

Add-ons:
Color Swatch Mood Board (using Sherwin Williams paint numbers)    65.
Digital Schematic Sketch     85.
Additional hourly design time    125.
